The fields of nutrition, fitness and mindfulness are progressive fields. There are new discoveries and innovations made every single day. This is a space for us to discover and discuss latest developments in these fields.
Also, there are areas that are controversial and areas that have conflicting viewpoints and data. I will do my best to point out when we cover these “gray areas” and try to present both sides of the argument, as well as provide external resources so that you can decide which viewpoint makes more since to you. I in no way claim to have comprehensive knowledge or claim to be an expert in any of these subjects. I have however spent years studying and implementing these practices in every facet of my daily life. My goal is to help you in anyway I can, so that you can reach your goals of optimal health and wellness.
